I started with the Valkyries as a player in 2020 our season was cut very short after only a few weeks of conditioning. I returned once Covid was over in 2021 unfortunately due to some unexpected medical conditions I was unable to take the field as a player again until 2025. Thankfully though even without being able to take the field for a few years I still had the privilege and opportunity to enjoy working alongside some incredible women to help create what the Valkyries are today.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Having BBQ’s, taking trips being present, having fun watching my kids grow. Surrounded by my by friends who have become my family. I have an incredible husband who I’ve shared my life with the past 23 years , and 2 incredible kids. My son who is 15 and my daughter who is 11.

I have also coached rec cheer in Lake the past 7 years. I currently hold the Vice President position for Lake Stevens Youth Cheer in addition to coaching. I have also coached the LSYC Competition squad in years past.

This year I took on a new role as the assistant coach for Lake Stevens High School girls wrestling. It has been an amazing and welcoming experience. I work with great coaches who are passionate and supportive while sharing/ teaching the knowledge they have to not only the team but to myself as well. This team is truly full of young women who make great leaders and role models in our community. I’m so grateful to be a part of it.
