​​The Lake Stevens Valkyries Women’s Football Team is looking for dedicated coaches to help build a strong, competitive, and empowering program. We’re a nonprofit, community driven organization focused on developing athletes, leadership, and a positive team culture.

We’re looking for coaches who:

* Are in good standing within the community.

* Live in or are actively involved in Lake Stevens.

* Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and leadership.

* Support and empower women in sports.

* Can commit to at least 80% of practices, games, meetings, and team activities.

* Communicate well and thrive in a team first environment.

* Value discipline, respect, accountability, and hard work.

Previous football coaching or playing experience is preferred, but character, reliability, and a genuine passion for mentoring athletes are what matter most.
